We’re looking for motivated, engaged people to help make everyone’s journeys better.

Reporting to the Mgr, IT, the Intern, Information Technology position will assist the technical staff and other support personnel as necessary. Responsibilities include assisting with desktop support, network support, and mobile device configuration and administration. This will be a challenging position in a dynamic team oriented environment.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide Tier 1/Tier 2 desktop/network support
• Provide break fix services for laptops, desktops and mobile computing devices
• Provide mobile device support
• Image creation and distribution (Symantec Ghost, etc…)
QualificationsEducation:
• Preferred candidates should be working towards the completion of a BA/BS or MS degree in computer science or similar degree.


Work Experience:
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows 2000/XP/2003 operating systems
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications and general knowledge of Windows applications
• Remote PC trouble resolution
• Image creation and distribution (Symantec Ghost, etc…)
• PC hardware and software configuration skills, preferably with Dell, IBM, and HP/Compaq PCs and Laptops
• Understanding of the following concepts:  IP, DHCP, WINS, and DNS
• Basic knowledge of mobile computing devices (Blackberry and Windows/Apple Mobile devices)
Technical Skills: (Certification, Licenses and Registration)
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Self-starter and organized to schedule and manage multiple activities in the same timeline
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Ability to work independently
Language / Communication Skills:
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be a good listener
• Must be able to communicate effectively

Internal Relationships: IT Team and other teams in the corporate office

Environment / Requirements of the Job:
• Regular office environment.
• Must have own form of transportation
